William Russell Locke

William Russell “Mr. Bill” Locke, age 66, of Erie, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026. He was born in Erie on January 28, 1960, son of the late James Locke and Carole Jean Ewing.

Mr. Bill was a local disc jockey who loved music and had a heart for helping those less fortunate. He was widely known for Christmas in the Park and Summer Bash.

Mr. Bill is survived by two daughters, Heather Locke and Kristin Locke; one stepdaughter, Christine Bay; a dear friend and mother of his children, Cheryl Mountain-Hannah and her mother and a dear friend of Mr. Bill, Marian Mountain; three brothers, John, Michael and Daniel Locke; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jen Brennan.
