Warren R. Chichester

Warren R. Chichester, of Harborcreek Township, age 76, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Erie on July 6, 1940, son of the late Warren and Dorothy Waldo Chichester.

He was a graduate of Lawrence Park High School and Erie Business Center. He served in the US Navy for four years. Most of his working years were in the Chicago area in computer services.

In addition to his parents, Warren was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Chichester in 2007, and his sister and brother-in-law, June and Ted McQueeney.

Survivors include his son, Dr. David Chichester, and his wife, Dr. Heather Chichester, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and his sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Jack Sheehan of Connecticut. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Road, on Thursday from 4 to 8 pm and on Friday from 10 am until the time of the Funeral Service there at 11 am. Interment will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
