Twila "Becky" R. Gabbard Obituary (1937 - 2017)

Twila "Becky" R. Gabbard, age 80, of Erie, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at UPMC Hamot. She was born in Erie on April 21, 1937, daughter of the late Norm and Marie Aldridge. Becky was employed at General Electric for 28 years until her retirement in 1988. She was an avid shopper and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Becky is survived by her husband of 44 years, Jesse Gabbard; five children, Terry Renosky (John), Mary Reynolds (Jim), Michael Stearns, Cindy Danowski (Rob) and Sue Fox (Michael); three stepchildren, Bobby Gabbard (Sue), Missy Pietras (Greg) and Billy Gabbard (Angela); one sister, Nellie Kunselman; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Danny Stearns and Jimmy Lentz; a grandson, Joshua Renosky, and one brother, Leroy Smith. Friends will be received at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Friday from 3 pm until the time of the Funeral Service there at 5:30 pm. Private interment will be held.
