Thora J. Thompson Obituary (1934 - 2015)

Thora J. Thompson, age 80, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Corry Manor. She was the daughter of the late John M. and Mary J. Butcher Hull. Prior to her residence at the Manor, she lived in Harborcreek with her daughter, Karen and grandson, John. Thora was a long time member of Fellowship Bible Baptist Church of Wattsburg. She also was a member of Tops 887. She enjoyed doing puzzles and most of all enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren and reading her Bible. She is survived by one son, Millard "Alex" Bartlett (Gloria); two daughters, Agnes "Aggie" DelGrosso (Anthony) and Karen Kriner; her daughter in law, Bonnie Bartlett; one brother, Robert Hull (JoAnn), nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Calvin Bartlett and Michael Thompson; one daughter, Mary Grace Thompson; her sister, Marie Kristoff; her brother, John Hull; and her son in law, Kenneth Stites. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 5151 Buffalo Road (at Hannon Rd. in Harborcreek Twp.) on Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM. Further visitation will take place at the Fellowship Bible Baptist Church of Wattsburg, 14425 Church Street, Wattsburg on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Audron Seymour officiating. Interment, Edinboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be left with the family at the Funeral Home.
