Tammy L. Russell

Tammy L. Russell, age 52, of Erie, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018. She was born in Erie on January 16, 1966, daughter of Charlotte Russell and the late Albert Russell, Sr.

Tammy was a resident of the Barber National Institute, where she leaves behind her friends, at her group home.

In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by one sister, Natalie Ferraro (Rich); one brother, Albert Russell, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private interment will be held at Waterford Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd.
