Raymond John Grzegorzewski Obituary (1932 - 2021)

Raymond John Grzegorzewski, age 89, of Wesleyville, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. He was born in Erie on May 6, 1932, son of the late Frank and Agusta Nagorski Grzegorzewski. Raymond was a veteran of the Air Force, having served during the Korean War. He retired from General Electric in 1988, and drove school bus for many years. Raymond enjoyed fishing, Las Vegas, and family. He was a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cleveland Browns. Raymond is survived by his wife of 55 years, Gail Cummings Grzegorzewski; five children, Connie Presogna (John), Michael Hart (Brenda), Steven Grzegorzewski (Barbara), Frank Grzegorzewski, and Jeffrey Hart; ten grandchildren, David, Steven, Mariel, Sarah, Megan, Alaina, Rebecca, Jon, Aaron, and Nolan; six great-grandchildren, Declan, Maddox, Miller, Sawyer, Carys, and Bennett; and one sister, Mary Ann Wheeler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven siblings, Virginia Pond, Barney Krolak, Florence Kibbee, Chet Pietrowski, Clem Grzegorzewski, Dorothy Repko, and David Grzegorzewski. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Saturday from 2 pm until the time of Military Honors to be rendered by the American Legion Carl Neff Post 571 at 5 pm.
