Patty Jean Kosterman

Patty Jean Kosterman, age 83, of Greene Township, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 surrounded by family at St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge. She was born in Sigel, PA on July 18, 1935, daughter of the late Lester and Louise Overbeck Spence.

Patty spent her school years in Lawrence Park. She was a manager at the Grandview K-Mart. Later, she had her own property management agency. Patty loved to cook, bake, travel, and dance, and she was a lover of all animals.

Patty is survived by three daughters, Cathy Peters, Tammy Rose, and Kim Shields (fiance, Joel Saunders); two sons, Shane Kosterman (Judy), and Chad Kosterman (fiancee, Beth Kubiak); 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and her cat, Angel, whom she cherished. In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Jones; brother, Ernest Spence; and a son-in-law, Millard Peters.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Saturday from 2 pm until the time of the Funeral Service there at 4 pm. Private interment will take place at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
