Patricia M. Zelvis Weed

Patricia M. "Pat" Zelvis Weed, age 81, of Summit Township, passed away peacefully Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Sarah Reed Retirement Center. She was born in Tarentum, PA on October 28, 1936, the daughter of the late Francis & Anna Lacoskie Zelvis.

Patricia graduated from Academy High School, Class of 1955. She had worked as a secretary at Sessinghauss and Ostergaard Architects in Erie. Patricia was past president of the Saint Vincent Hospital Auxiliary and had organized the 1st Festival of Trees. She enjoyed music, dancing, camping, traveling and bingo. Patricia was loved by her family & friends and will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her son: Brian Weed. Survivors include her loving husband of 61 years, Larry G. Weed; her sister, Frances (Ronald) Haise of Erie; one son: Larry (Dee Ann) Weed of Woodland Park, CO; one grandson, Tyler Weed, several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Road on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service there at Noon. Interment will follow at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
