Nancy K. Brown

Nancy K. Brown, age 73, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022. She was born in Quinwood, WV on January 22, 1949, daughter of the late Nancy Huff Irish and Noble A. Brown.

Nancy was a licensed Practical Nurse working at various nursing homes in the area. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Sunflower Club and the Slovak Club.

Nancy is survived by her son, Brian Brown (Sheryl); her brother, Dale B. Brown; her step-father, Gary Irish; her granddaughter, whom she treasured, Lauren B. Brown; her former husband, Gary L. Brown; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by one son, Gary Patrick Brown; and two brothers, Noble "Buster" and Steven Brown.

The family would like to thank the caretakers who were very supportive of Nancy, including Ed Cunningham from Safe Harbor, and Marion Bretz and Sue Culver.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd. on Friday from 6 pm until the time of the Funeral Service there at 8 pm, conducted by Rev. Daniel Cass. A private interment will be held at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
