Michael P Batuski, Jr. Obituary (1956 - 2022)

Michael P. Batuski Sr., age 65, of Harborcreek, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022. He was born in Meadville to the late John and Marjorie Batuski on September 5, 1956. Michael was employed at General Electric Co. until his retirement. He was a veteran of the US Army and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and listening to music. Michael's passions were nature, taking walks, and watching animals along the way, but most of all, he treasured spending time with his family. Michael is survived by his wife, Dorothy McAdoo Batuski; one son, Michael P. Batuski II (Julie); three brothers, David Batuski (Shelly), James Batuski (Pam), and Carl Batuski; two sisters, Kerry Lewis (William) and Barbara Batuski; four grandchildren, Alexandria (Zachary), Michael III, Bradley, and Olivia; two great-grandchildren, Nila and Adelina; and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Dusckas-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 5151 Buffalo Road (at Hannon Rd. in Harborcreek Twp.) on Saturday at 2 pm conducted by Rev. Jason Feigh. Visitation will take place after the service until 4 pm with further visitation continuing from 6 to 8 pm. Military Honors will follow, rendered by the American Legion Carl Neff Post 571. Michael's family is requesting masks be worn.
