Lee Frank Starvaggi

–

Erie, PA

Lee Frank Starvaggi, age 53, of Greene Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. He was born in Erie on January 18, 1969, son of Frank and Rebecca Starvaggi.
Lee was an amazing person and anyone who ever met him just knew this. A father to Rad Starvaggi and Max Starvaggi and stepfather to Holly Dunlap. Lee raised his sons to love the outdoors and anything to do with dirt bikes, sleds, 4-wheelers, cars, and motorcycles. He was very involved with teaching them how to fix anything on wheels. Lee was just starting to teach Holly to play guitar, as he had a passion for music, singing karaoke, playing guitar, and jamming to heavy metal music.
Lee was an amazing artist, and his work lives on through the people that he painted for. He even painted the King of Norway's car. He was very proud of that. As a husband and partner in life, Lee had a heart of gold and always brought Sherri flowers and let her know she was special and loved.
Lee could make everyone laugh and had a natural sense of humor. His parents, devoted to their one and only son, were always there for him and raised him knowing good values and to always be grateful to our Creator. Lee also loved his cats, especially Andy and Torina "TT". He enjoyed birdwatching and driving his '69 Ford Torino muscle car, that took him many years to rebuild from a bucket of miscellaneous car parts into one bada** ride.
In addition to his parents, Lee is survived by his soulmate, best friend, and other half, Sherri Starvaggi, whom he married on June 18, 2016. He is further survived by his two sons, Rad Starvaggi and Max Starvaggi (Allyssa); one stepdaughter, Holly Dunlap; his grandmother, GiGi Talkish; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We are lost without you. Lee, may you be stress free and happy in eternal peace. Miss and love you. You will always and forever be in our hearts.
"I am the resurrection, and the life, he that believes in me, though he were dead , yet shall he live. And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Jesus said, 'Do you believe this?'" - John 11: 25-26
