Kraig Miller Obituary (1975 - 2025)

Kraig A. Miller, age 49, of Erie, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025. For many years Kraig battled the disease of addiction. This relentless struggle presented significant challenges for him and those who loved him. Despite periods of hope and efforts toward recovery, the grip of addiction ultimately proved too strong. Born in Erie on September 7, 1975, Kraig was the son of Allan “Al” and Gloria Miller and was a 1993 graduate of Cathedral Preparatory School. He was also a loving brother and most importantly a devoted father to his son. Anthony. His hobbies included playing cards, whittling, painting, and hiking. His son Anthony states, “Dad always had a smile on his face, he could light up a room with his presence, and there was never a dull moment when he was around. He will be remembered as a kind and loving man.” Kraig was preceded in death by his father, Allan “Al” Miller. He is survived by his mother, Gloria Miller; son, Anthony Miller; brothers, Keith and Kevin (Amber); and nieces, Megan and Haydenne Miller all of Erie. At the family’s request, no calling hours will be observed. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Road.
