Kathryn L. Prindle

Kathryn L. Prindle, age 71, of Erie, passed away at home on Saturday, October 3, 2026 with her sister and family by her side. She was born in Erie on December 17, 1954, daughter of the late Richard Allen and Juliana Holdsworth.

Kathy attended Academy High School and worked in the housekeeping department of St. Vincent Hospital. She was a proud honorary member of the D.A.R. and was a history buff and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

Kathy is survived by three children, Cathrine Prindle, Christopher Prindle and Eric Prindle; three sisters, Diana Stewart, with whom she resided, Michelle Daeschner and Michelle Shuman; and four brothers, Steven Allen, Brian Allen, Richard Stafford and Jason Allen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Michael Prindle; one sister, Debra Allen Brown; grandmother, Catherine Morris; and two nieces, Timika Stewart and Davida Atkinson.
