Jaquan Jamond Burrows Obituary (2002 - 2023)

Jaquan Jamond Burrows "J Hood", age 21 of Erie, Pa, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 22, 2023. He was born in Erie on May 15, 2002, son of Tiffany Burrows (Shayla Lofton). Jaquan was employed at Erie Plastics. He loved to get fly, listen to music and make money as he would say. He was always smiling and cracking jokes but most of all he loved his mother, Tiffany and godmother, Latonya McLaurin. Jaquan was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Martha Shaw Fox (Andrew Fox, Sr.) and R.J. Burrows; and aunt, Tasha Lentz. He has left to cherish his memory his maternal grandparents, Arlene Burrows and Chester Burrows, Sr. Also, he leaves to cherish his aunts, Jessica Burrows and Tonya Quinn; his uncles, Chester Burrows, Jr. and Jeremy Lentz; special brothers, Rather Freeman, Jr. and Dymere Burrows. He is further survived by April Rogers, who played a special role in his life. He leaves his god siblings and a host of additional family and friends. Jaquan was loved by so many. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Services, Inc., 536 West 10th Street, on Wednesday, August 16th from 1 pm until the time of the Memorial Service there at 2 pm, officiated by Bishop Frank Quinn of Christian Ministries of the Apostolic Faith Church.
