Jacqueline A. Rzomp

Jacqueline (Wnukoski) Rzomp, age 88, of Erie, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026. She was born in Erie, on August 17, 1938, daughter of the late John and Ann Wnukoski.

Jackie celebrated 57 years of marriage to her husband, John Rzomp, Sr., who preceded her in death on October 23, 2019. Johnny was the love of her life ever since they met at the Polish Foresters at a Halloween party and danced the night away.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Wnukoski, Jr.; son-in-law, Donald Alberstadt; and far too many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews to name.

Jackie is survived by daughters, Mary St. George (David), Carolyn Church (Paul), Jackie Milsom (Paul), and Jill Breski (Greg); son, John Rzomp, Jr. (Colleen); nine grandchildren who were her life’s greatest joy, Alexandria Zapata (Jordan), Danielle Kazmierczak (David), Madeline Tomar (Rip), Meaghan Breski, Caroline Church, Natalie and David St. George, and Luke and Casey Rzomp; sisters, Geraldine Kinecki, and Kathleen Grandalski (Dave); sister-in-law Kim Wnukoski; and countless nieces and nephews.

Jackie’s family expresses since gratitude for the entire staff of Brevillier Village and Hospice UPMC for the extraordinary care and support they provided.

Private arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. and, in respect for Jackie’s wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of contributions of any kind, the family asks that you bake your favorite cookie this week and give it to a neighbor, just as Jackie enjoyed doing.
