Jackie F. Shuman Sr Obituary (1942 - 2022)

Jackie F. Shuman Sr., age 80, of Erie, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born in Watson, West Virginia on January 9, 1942, a son of the late Arlie and Elizabeth Shuman. Jackie was employed, prior to retirement, with Continental Rubber Co. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam War. Jackie was an avid reader and was gifted in art, especially drawing countries and family trees. He also enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo and was a deep lover of bluegrass music. Jackie is survived by three children, Joann Shuman, Jackie Shuman Jr. (Michelle) and Juanita Robinson (Thomas); ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Shuman and one brother, Lee Shuman.
