Holly K. Hedstrom, age 60, of Fairview, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2017 at her home with family at her side, after an extended illness. She was born in Pottsville, PA on October 10, 1956, the daughter of Dorothy Kelly and the late Harold Kelly.

Holly was a 1974 graduate of Blue Mountain High School and received her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree from Pennsylvania State University. Holly was a devoted wife and a loving mother, whose most endearing legacy was perhaps her love for her family. Holly loved to travel and enjoyed her annual trips to Las Vegas, in hopes of winning it all. She had a deep love for animals, especially her golden retrievers.

Holly is survived by her husband of 38 years, James Hedstrom. She is further survived by her two sons whom she loved dearly, Donald Hedstrom and James Hedstrom, Jr. of Fairview.
