Grant William Putnam

Grant William Putnam, age 56, of Erie, passed away at his home, lovingly surround by his family on Sunday, June 24, 2018. He was born in Erie on August 7, 1961.

Grant worked at Hammermill for 21 years. He earned his GED and then an Associates Degree in Computer Networking. He loved NASCAR and playing golf. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and all whose lives he touched.

Grant is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Jennifer Bowers Putnam; his father and step mother, William R. and Joyce Putnam; his brother, David F. Putnam (Julie); his sister, Rhonda Monroy; nieces, Megan and Eliza Barnes, Amanda Bowers, Whitney Yaple (Kyle) and Morgan Putnam; his nephew, Antonio Parra Monroy; great nieces and nephews, Javien, Jaydin, Jayla-Lyn and Addilynd Williams, Malikhai Johnson, Rosa Arellano, Sabastian Barnes, Dylan Danch and Fenton Yaple. In addition, many in-laws, cousins, aunts and uncles and his beloved four legged furbabies, Gracie, Coco and Reba also survive.

Grant was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Pearlie J. and James L. Dunford; and his beloved aunt and uncle, Sarah and Virgil Burdette.

Friend may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, 2607 Buffalo Rd on Tuesday from 3 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 6 p.m. conducted by Rev. Randy Kightlinger.
