Donnilene D. Grant Obituary (1936 - 2023)

Donnilene D. Grant, age 86, of Erie, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023. She was born in Spangler, PA on June 16, 1936, daughter of the late Donald E. and Lovell V. Keith Hickok. Donnilene was the wife of the late Ronald Grant, whom she married on January 22, 1955. She worked in the cafeteria at Penn State Behrend, as a waitress at Russ' Dinor and was an assembler at General Electric. Donnilene is survived by her son, Robert Grant (Diane); granddaughter, Jessica Grant; sisters, Jean Anderson of Indiana, PA, Phyllis Edminston of Lakewood, NY, Arveta Harbridge (Donald) of Commodore, PA, Nancy Nagle (Ronald) of Northern Cambria, PA, and Annie Hrubochak (Paul) of Clymer, PA; one brother, Ronald Hickok (Gail) of Clymer, PA; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Gibson; three brothers, Leonard, Larry and Donald Hickok; and one grandson, Jeremy Grant. At the family's request, private arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd. Interment will be held at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
