Dennis L. Eisert Obituary (1955 - 2017)

Dennis L. Eisert, age 61, of Harborcreek, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017. He was born in Harborcreek on August 4, 1955, son of the late James and Alvera Eisert. Dennis worked at Kaiser Aluminum for many years. He was active with the American Legion Carl Neff Post #571 Honor Guard. Dennis was an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, North Carolina Tar Heels, and a long suffering Cleveland Browns Fan. He volunteered many places, including the Soldiers and Sailors Home, VAMC Hospital and Brevillier Village. Dennis loved any outdoor activities, including camping, fishing and canoeing. Dennis is survived by two daughters, Erin Eisert and Sara Eisert (fiance, Jake Barnes); one sister, Carole Hermann; one brother, James "Whitey" Eisert; two grandchildren, Lauren and Brandon and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Peggy Becker and one brother, Richard Eisert. Friends will be received at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd. on Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. Military Honors will follow, rendered by the American Legion Carl Neff Post #571.
