Carmen Y. Rodriguez Obituary (1959 - 2018)

Carmen Yolanda Rodriguez "Yoli", age 59, joined her Mother in Heaven on Saturday, June 16, 2018. She was born June 11, 1959, daughter of Pedro Dejesus and the late Maria Luisa Ayala. Yoli was full of life. She loved being surrounded by her loving family and friends as well as her love for dancing and bingo. She was surrounded by her loving family during her last few days of life, especially her loving niece, Maria Dejesus, who stood by her side every day during life and as well during her last few moments until she took her very last breath hand and hand with Maria by her side. She was preceded in death by her son, Tai Huu Ngo. She is survived by her oldest son, Jose Rodriguez, Sr.; and her beloved son, Antonio Rodriguez, whom she adored; five brothers, Luis Dejesus Sr., Edguardo Dejesus, Wilfredo Dejesus, Luis Lozano, and Daniel Lozano; three sisters, Maritza Dejesus, Nancy Ayala, and Luz Lozano; her grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews. She was loved by all in her presence. Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., 536 West 10th Street, on Thursday from 4 to 8 pm and are invited to attend a Funeral Service there on Friday at 11 am. Interment will follow at the Erie Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
