Arthur J. Lewis Obituary (1956 - 2022)

Arthur J. Lewis, age 66, of Erie, passed away at home on Sunday, December 25, 2022 following a short illness. He was born in Erie on January 27, 1956. Art was a 1974 graduate of Strong Vincent High School and continued his education at Gannon University, graduating in 1978. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Art was a father to countless adoptive children and many others also looked up to him as a father. Art is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy Lewis; six children, A.J., Shawn, Jeff, Matt, Christina Lewis, and Lori Kuntz; two brothers, two sisters, and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, December 30 from 4 to 7 pm at Dominick's Diner, 123 East 12th Street. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Contributions may be made to Art's family through the funeral home.
