Angela Dattilo

Angela M. Dattilo, age 58, of Erie, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 at UPMC Hamot. She was born in Erie on June 12, 1967, daughter of the late Joseph A. and Arlene M. Kuzmicki Spade.

Angela loved music and took joy in doing thoughtful things for the people she cared about. She was larger than life, spirited, resourceful, and always ready to lend a hand. She had a solution to every problem, she was “the mom of the block” when her children were growing up and the best grandma “Ham” could ask for. Family meant everything to Angela, and she showed it in every way she could.

Angela was a dedicated LPN, most recently employed at Fairview Manor. She treasured the time spent working on cars with her father, a passion they shared before his passing. Angela also became an ordained minister so she could officiate her daughter’s wedding and celebrate love for others as well.

In addition to her parents, Angela was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Jeffrey Spade; and her nephew, Jesse Spade. She is survived by her husband, Michael Dattilo; two children, Mary Bayhurst Pier (Tyler) and David Bayhurst (Kari McDonald); one brother, Daniel Spade; her mother-in-law, Margaret LaPlante (Dale); aunt, Shirley Zewe (Bob); and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
